- An in person 360 walk around of the vehicle is required before final quote is provided. Any pricing before

the 360 walk around is subject to change.

- 50% Deposit is required to start any artwork or order materials for any projects. Any refunds of deposit

are subject to the Total Deposit Amount Less any Fees that occur between time of deposit and

request for refund.

- Use of copyrighted or trademarked artwork is prohibited without prior permission from originator.

It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain said permission. Design it Wraps is in no way responsible for

obtaining permission and assumes that the Client has obtained permission before the work is

submitted.

- The Client takes full responsibility for all spelling and accuracy of content approved by the final review

stage. On screen colors are for representation only and may differ from actual colors. A physical color

proof may be requested by the Client.

- Additional Design and/or Color matching outside of the provided quote is subject to charges based on a

rate of $75/hour. Industry tolerance to Color matching is a +/- 3%-5% variation and is considered

acceptable.

- Vehicle must be washed and dried 24 hours prior to drop off time. Do not use any waxes, gloss

enhancers, tire shine/treatment, or aftercare products. It is recommended to wash with mild soap and

water. Vehicles that are excessively dirty and/or not dry are subject to a $120 cleaning fee.

- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled drop off time. Cancellation made less than 24

hours, late drop offs, or no shows are subject to a $250 fee.

- Payments are due based upon the terms on your invoice. Late payments are subject to a monthly

3% of total balance charge until the invoice is paid in full.

Release of liability


Removal of Existing Film -

Design it Wraps is not Liable for any paint damage from the removal of existing film. We did not paint the vehicle so we cannot be held responsible for the paint having a failure in the small chance that it occurs. We are tooled and trained to remove the film properly but we cannot control work that we did not perform (ie painting the car).

Wrapping Perf/Vinyl on Windows

Design it Wraps is not Liable for any thermal cracking on the windows the vinyl is being applied to. The glass panes can be damaged during glazing install and the additional absorption through the vinyl/perf being applied to the windows could cause the windows to thermal crack. We do not install glass therefore we cannot be held liable for damages caused by applying film on top of compromised panels.

Film, Badge, & Decal Removal

Film, badge, and decal removal may cause the paint, glass, and defroster to be damaged. By authorizing Design It Wraps to proceed with the removal, the client hereby acknowledges the risk, waives any claims against Design It Wraps, and agrees that Design It Wraps will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the removal process.

Paint

Paint may lift on repainted panel/OEM paint if improperly prepped and painted. By authorizing Design It Wraps to proceed with the install, the client hereby acknowledges the risk, waives any claims against Design It Wraps, and agrees that Design It Wraps will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the installation process.
